Anjuli, a chocolate maker herself, comes to us by way of the specialty coffee industry.
After working to develop her palate in coffee over the last five years, she is excited to cross back into the chocolate industry with a new perspective. She has focused on teaching and creating tastemaker experiences, and is excited to help activate the breadth of flavor profiles found in cacao beans. She aims to develop new cacao experiences from a fine flavor perspective with Uncommon Cacao’s beans.
Anjuli sees a bright future for the craft chocolate industry. She believes we have a clear responsibility to bring greater social impact and improvement to farmers' lives at origin, and is excited to continue Uncommon's mission.
